Ethereum/USD Trading forecasts and signals

Total signals – 4466
Ethereum (ETH) is a cryptocurrency belonging to the altcoin family, and created on the basis of blockchain technology, which is based on decentralized online services. The concept of cryptocurrency was proposed by the founder of Bitcoin Magazine Vitaly Buterin in 2013 and implemented in July 2015. The Ethereum cryptocurrency was originally created not so much as for making payments, but as a base for the convenient implementation of blockchain technology in various business projects. Initially, not only small companies showed interest in it, but also large organizations such as Microsoft, IBM, Lufthansa and UNISEF. Ethereum is a decentralized computing platform that runs simultaneously on millions of computers and servers around the world, and does not have a single owner. Ethereum, like other cryptocurrencies, provides an opportunity to exchange digital money and make digital payments for goods and services. The main idea of ethereum is that users can create new code and run it on the network, rather than on a centralized server. This means that the functioning of such applications is very difficult to stop by external influence or censor.

Price analysis of cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, XRP for July 30, 2021
Price analysis of cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, XRP for July 30, 2021 BTC/USDYesterday, the bulls were unable to continue the growth of the bitcoin price to the fifty percent fibonacci level. Trading took place on average volumes and the pair gained a foothold in a narrowing consolidation with support at the hourly EMA55 level.  The short-term movement in the sideways direction did not relieve the overbought market. On the daily time frame, the Stoch RSI indicator lines are still off the scale at the 100 mark.  Jump to 50% fibo (42447.96 USD) it is still possible, but a pullback below the moving average EMA55 is a signal for a fairly deep decline in the support area of 36000.00 USD.  ETH/USDYesterday, the pair consolidated sideways around the level of 2300.00 USD. Sales volumes were small and sellers were unable to break through the support of the EMA55 watch.  Last night, buyers slightly increased their volumes, and the price recovered to the zone of the monthly maximum, updating it slightly above the level of 2450.00 USD.  On the daily chart, the Stoch RSI indicator lines have been in the overbought zone for about a week. In the near future, this market expects a decline. We believe that after the re-test of the level of 2500.00 USD, a pullback to the area of 2000.00 USD will begin.  XRP/USDYesterday, the bears were unable to push through the level of 0.700 USD, and the pair was in a narrow sideways position. Last night, buyers formed a bullish impulse and updated the July maximum at 0.767 USD.  In the morning, the price rolled back a little. Further growth is possible only with the support of a large buyer. In this case, the XRP price may test the resistance of 0.800 USD.  If the bears are activated in the maximum zone — the fall will be quite rapid and will reach the two-hour EMA55 (0.680 ...

Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 30, 2021
Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 30, 2021 Bitcoin again fell below the support of $40,000 and reached the level of 39700. Ethereum is trading around the level of $2300. The price of XRP strengthened to 72 cents. The total capitalization of the cryptocurrency market was $1.55 trillion.Over the past week, the hashrate of the leading cryptocurrencies has been restored. This is due to the transfer of capacity from China, where mining bans have led to the shutdown of many farms. The bans of the Chinese authorities led to a drop in the bitcoin hashrate by 45% - to the levels of the beginning of 2020. The bans of the Chinese authorities affected the network of the second cryptocurrency less significantly ― the drop was about 20%. But even here, recently, there has been a tendency to restore the indicator, which is facilitated by the migration of mining equipment outside of China. Some companies export their devices to the United States, others choose Kazakhstan or Russia.Bank of America analysts believe that state-owned cryptocurrencies can form a much more efficient payment system than cash, as well as reduce the popularity of stablecoins. The bank said that the introduction of state-owned cryptocurrencies is inevitable, citing the decline in the role of cash, the expansion of the use of blockchain by the private sector, the loss of control over the currency and the potential of state-owned cryptocurrencies to stimulate the economy. According to the document, central banks that do not issue their own digital currencies may face a serious decline in demand for their currencies and a change in their global role.Analysts emphasize the "very cautious approach" of Central Banks to the issuance of state cryptocurrencies, which is associated with the possible competition of new systems with bank deposits, the departure of customers from private banks and the threat to the security of individuals. State-owned cryptocurrencies can reduce the need for stablecoins, the latter can pose a serious risk to financial stability during periods of market stress, according to Bank of America. The forecast expects a decline in bitcoin to the levels of 39500, 39300 and 39000 dollars. Ethereum will decline to the levels of 2270, 2250 and 2200 dollars, and XRP - to the price values of 70, 68 and 65 ...

Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 29, 2021
Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 29, 2021 The price of Bitcoin rose to the level of $40100. Ethereum reached the resistance of $2,300, and XRP - 70 cents. The total capitalization of the digital currency market was $1.55 trillion. The XRP token issued by Ripple rose by 17% and reached 75 cents at the moment. The market capitalization of the coin exceeded $ 34 billion. This happened after Ripple announced a new money route between Japan and the Philippines, which will make the transfer of funds between the countries cheaper and faster. To organize transfers, Ripple has entered into partnership agreements with a number of companies that will now use the Ripple ODL platform to make money transfers between Japan and the Philippines. Now in the United States there is a trial against Ripple. At the end of 2020, the Securities and Exchange Commission accused the company of selling unregistered securities worth $ 1.3 billion under the guise of XRP tokens, after which the price of the coin sank sharply. The demand for Ethereum in transactions with cryptocurrencies grew almost three times faster than the same indicator of bitcoin in the first half of this year. Such data is provided by the Coinbase exchange in its report, linking the observed dynamics with the desire of large investors to diversify. The volume of Ethereum trading for the period from the beginning of January to the end of June amounted to $ 1.4 trillion, which corresponds to an increase of 1,461% compared to the second half of 2020. Bitcoin trading volumes have increased by 489% over the same time. In addition, Ethereum surpassed bitcoin, the S&P 500 index and gold in terms of investment returns, rising by 210% in the six months to June 30. Other instruments increased by 20%, 14% and 6.7%, respectively. As the main reasons for the interest in Ethereum, exchange analysts also call the development of the decentralized finance sector, optimism about the upcoming transition to the Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism and a decrease in the supply of cryptocurrency due to the activation of an update that will allow burning part of the commissions paid as commissions. In our forecast, we expect Bitcoin to decline to the levels of $40,000, $39700 and $39500. Ethereum will fall to the levels of 2250, 2200 and 2100 dollars, and XRP - to the price values of 68, 65 and 62 ...

Price analysis of cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, XRP for July 28, 2021
Price analysis of cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, XRP for July 28, 2021 BTC/USDYesterday in the morning, the bulls were carefully preparing for the assault of the psychological level of 40000.00 USD. However, the spurt turned out to be quite weak and the monthly maximum was recorded around the 40920.00 USD mark.  In the second half of the day, the price of bitcoin rolled back, returning to the initial boundaries to repeat the assault of the forty-thousandth level. The second attempt to gain a foothold above forty was even worse — before the end of the day, it was possible to rise only to the area of 40690.00 USD. At night, trading volumes decreased and the pair again fell back to its previous positions.  This morning, another attempt is possible to test the fifty percent fibonacci level, but given the strong overheating of the market, we can assume that the pair will roll back to the support of 36000.00 USD before the end of the day.  ETH/USDYesterday, the Ethereum price did not dare to storm the monthly maximum and consolidated in a sideways range with support at the level of 2280.00 USD. Sellers have managed to pierce this weak support several times, but it is not yet possible to push the pair below the hourly EMA55 on average volumes.  If the bears increase their volumes, today they will break through the level of average prices and roll the pair back to the psychological support of 2000.00 USD.  XRP/USDBuyers were able to form a powerful bullish impulse yesterday morning and the price of XRP broke through the resistance at the level of 0.650 USD, setting a new July maximum around the level of 0.754 USD.  In the second half of the day, the volume of purchases decreased and the pair rolled back below the orange level of 0.700 USD. Last night, already on declining volumes, buyers tried to return to the zone of the monthly maximum, but the bears repelled this offensive of the bulls. Now the price of Ripple is again at the level of seventy cents per coin.  If the pressure from the bears increases, the pair will roll back to the two-hour EMA55 ...

Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 28, 2021
Forex trading. Cryptocurrency forecast for today, July 28, 2021 The price of bitcoin has rolled back to the support of $38,000. Ethereum declined to the level of $2,230, and XRP reached 63 cents. The total capitalization of the crypto assets market was $1.49 trillion.Glassnode analysts believe that the current growth of the first cryptocurrency shows the impact of liquidations on the crypto derivatives market, and in the absence of an improvement in on-chain metrics, it should be treated with caution. At the beginning of the week, the state of the bitcoin options market indicated an imminent surge in volatility, which was eventually realized by a price jump to $40,000. The futures market remains negative, despite a 30% rise in recent days, which was strengthened by the liquidation of short positions. Analysts drew attention to the fact that the cost of financing remained in the zone of negative values. Experts also stressed that the indicator did not fall to the values of the capitulation of 2017, which marked the onset of a downward market, and suggested watching in the coming weeks whether the negative vector of dynamics will change in response to the rise in the price of bitcoin.Economists of the International Monetary Fund have warned countries against accepting bitcoin as a legal means of payment, pointing out the risks to macroeconomic stability. IMF economists believe that companies will have to spend significant resources on integrating cryptocurrencies instead of focusing on more productive goals. According to economists, the introduction of bitcoin into the economy can cause price fluctuations due to the high level of volatility of the cryptocurrency. Although the technology underlying crypto assets has proven to be extremely reliable, technical failures can still occur. Economists also raised the issue of the environmental problems of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. In our forecast, we expect the Bitcoin price to decline to the levels of 37700, 37500 and 37000 dollars. The cost of Ethereum will fall to the levels of 2200, 2170 and 2150 dollars, and XRP - to the price values of 60, 58 and 55 ...

Buyers restore the range and approach the resistance - Technical review of July 28, 2021
Buyers restore the range and approach the resistance - Technical review of July 28, 2021 The restoration of the range and the movement to the resistance in BTC/USD and the retention of weekly support in ETH/USD in the next review from Cred and DonAlt, the authors of the Technical Roundup mailing list. This week, the authors supplemented the review with a section on trading in the range and a general model for trading altcoins.Bitcoin: buyers restore the range and approach the resistanceBTC/USD tests weekly resistance at $38.2 thousand. The reason for this movement was an unsuccessful breakdown below $30 thousand, which was redeemed and ended with a spectacular short-squeeze.Last week, we mentioned that the restoration of the support of $32.3 thousand will be a very positive signal. Partly due to the purchases of Alameda and aggressive bullish positioning in short-term call options, the breakdown of the support of $30 thousand was redeemed, paving the way for a short-squiz. Technically, this movement made sense (an unsuccessful break down is a bullish factor), but it was not particularly generous for easy entry opportunities, especially for those who like to wait for a pullback. What now?First, the market is still in its 10-week range. So far, this has not changed. Buyers attempted a quick V-shaped recovery in early June, but without success. The price went down. Last week, sellers tried to collapse the exchange rate, but also unsuccessfully. The price went up. So far, no one has "won". Exit attempts in both directions ended as false breakouts, so the next weekly candle that closed across the range border is likely to be decisive (the probability of two false breakouts in one direction on the older timeframe is less).Secondly, despite the limited range, the market structure in BTC/USD turned out to be reversed in the direction of growth: a larger maximum was formed on the daily timeframe. This is a bullish factor. However, even with a bullish bias on the daily timeframe, it is necessary to take into account the risk/return ratio. If $40 thousand is the upper limit of the range and the price fluctuates around it, and the nearest support in the event of a pullback is at $35 thousand, then buying under resistance after a vertical movement to it does not seem an attractive option. In our opinion, the best bullish scenario for the market would be to find support at the level of $34.6-35.7 thousand with a pullback.Third, the opportunity for a straightforward technical transaction has already worked out. The price has reached from the restored lower limit of the range to its upper limit. The target level for this trading idea has already been reached. Now we are back in the territory of "coin tossing", with a rather unfavorable risk/return ratio for longs, unless there is a rollback to $34.6-35.7 thousand.Fourth, it is important to always keep in mind the worst possible scenario. In our opinion, such a scenario would be a slow decline, correcting this local rally and not finding support at $34.6-35.7 thousand. This would remind us of the" Chinese pump " of October 2019, which turned out to be a local short-squeeze before the continuation of the bear market. Finally, as we wrote in the review of July 14, this range is not necessarily decisive for the macro picture in BTC/USD. If the exchange rate soars up, it would be reasonable to reduce the risks in the region of $50 thousand. If it collapses, it would be reasonable to increase the exposure on the market in the region of $20 thousand or even $14 thousand. The breakout of the range will have a continuation, but an attempt to anticipate it may well turn out to be a frankly shitty deal.Ethereum/Dollar Holds Support, ETH/BTC is inactiveETH/USD is still in the range, and the market structure on the daily timeframe has not been violated. ETH/BTC has not moved at all.Last week, we once again talked about the fact that the ETH rate, in fact, follows bitcoin. The pair against the dollar on the weekly timeframe held support better than bitcoin, but the rebound was not so impressive. We have updated the daily range in ETH/USD: support - $1770, resistance - $2330. Now the price is at the resistance. Our vision of the situation has not changed much. At the moment, it seems likely to follow BTC/USD, especially in the absence of a momentum from ₿0.055 in ETH/BTC.EIP-1559 will most likely be activated on August 4. So far, it does not seem that this date is special in itself or that the market is preparing for a rally on the eve of it. This may still change, but at the moment it is difficult to justify such a scenario, given the horizontal movement in the pair to BTC. It may well be that the news was either embedded in the price back in the monstrous May rally, or - as in the case of Bitcoin halvings - there is a delayed price effect. Or maybe, to some extent, ...

BTC, ETH, XRP, XMR, KAVA, ICX, NEM - technical analysis on July 27 Bitcoin (BTC) reached the resistance area of 40,550, but could not break through.Ethereum (ETH) broke through the descending resistance line after creating a double bottom model .XRP (XRP) and ICON (ICX)also created double-bottom models, but were unable to start moving up.Monero (XMR) broke through the descending resistance line after deflecting below the horizontal support area of $192.Kava.io (KAVA) is trying to break through the resistance area of $5.17NEM (XEM) created a higher minimum and regained the horizontal support area of 0.135.BTCOn July 26, BTC rose significantly, reaching a high of $40,581 near the highs of the range. However, higher prices could not be supported, and BTC formed a long upper wick (red icon) and declined. It is currently trading around $37,400.Technical indicators on the daily timeframe are gradually becoming bullish. The RSI is above 50, the stochastic oscillator has made a bullish intersection, and the MACD is growing and has almost moved into positive territory.ETHOn June 26 and July 20, ETH reached a double bottom inside the horizontal support area of $1,760. This bullish pattern was also combined with bullish divergences on the MACD, RSI and stochastic oscillator indicators. After that, ETH managed to grow and break through the descending resistance line. He is currently trying to test the line as a support. If successful, the next nearest resistance area will be found around $2,850.XRPSimilar to ETH, XRP also created a double bottom model on June 22 and July 20. In addition to this, this pattern was combined with bullish divergences in the MACD, RSI and stochastic oscillators. However, XRP has not yet made a significant upward movement, although it has broken through the descending resistance line. The nearest resistance area is at $0.80. This is the resistance level of the Fibonacci retracement of 0.382.XMRXMR has been declining under the descending resistance line since May 18. Throughout the entire downward movement, it repeatedly bounced off the horizontal support area of $192.This seems to have created a descending triangle, which is usually considered a bearish pattern. However, after a deviation below the horizontal support, XMR managed to break through. It has been rejected by the $225 horizontal resistance area and is currently trying to find support. The next resistance level is at $285.KAVAKAVA has been moving up since May 17 and has so far reached two higher lows. On July 23, it broke through the descending resistance line, which had been maintained since the April highs. It is currently trying to overcome the $5.17 resistance. This is both the horizontal resistance area and the resistance level of the 0.5 Fibonacci correction. If it succeeds, it will probably rise to the next resistance at $6.95.ICXThe ICX has been following the descending resistance line since May 20. On June 22 and July 20, it reached lows around $0.63, creating a double-bottom model.Although it has been growing since then, the ICX has not yet broken through the aforementioned descending resistance line. This will most likely lead the ICX to the resistance area at $1.05. This is both the resistance level of the Fibonacci correction 0.5, and the horizontal resistance area.NEMNEM has been moving up since June 22. On July 14 and 20, it created higher lows, thereby confirming the ascending support line. However, he created a short-term double-top model, which is combined with bearish divergences on the RSI and MACD. Therefore, another re-test of the ascending support line may occur. The next resistance target is at the level of ...

Ethereum forecast, and the ETH/USD exchange rate with 28 - 29 - 30 July 2021
Ethereum forecast, and the ETH/USD exchange rate with 28 - 29 - 30 July 2021 The ETH/USD pair started the week with growth within the framework of the general market trend and reached the area of 2430.00.Ethereum forecast, and the ETH/USD exchange rate with 28 - 29 - 30 July 2021The main reason for the growth throughout the cryptocurrency sector was rumors that Amazon Inc. may start accepting BTC to pay for goods. According to sources of the City AM publication, the company plans to add support for the first cryptocurrency by the end of the year, and in the future, ETH, ADA and BCH will also be used as a means of payment. The issuer is also preparing for the launch of its own token. Later, representatives of Amazon Inc. denied this information, saying that they have no specific plans for digital currencies, despite the interest in the industry. Against this background, the market was corrected downwards, and the price of ETH reached the level of 2200.00, which is now being traded. An additional medium-term support factor for the token is also the outflow of ETH from exchanges. Investors are accumulating the coin in anticipation of further price growth after the merger of the Ethereum and Ethereum 2.0 networks.Support and resistance levelsThe price left the "descending triangle" and reached six-week highs in the area of 2430.00, but could not stay there and rolled back to the resistance zone of 2187.50-2222.00 (Murray [2/8], Fibo correction of 50.0%) within the framework of the cryptocurrency forecast. If the instrument is fixed below it, it will be possible to further decline to the levels of 2031.25 (Murray [1/8], the middle line of the Bollinger bands) and 1875.00 (Murray [0/8]). The key level for the bulls is 2343.75 (Murray [3/8]). Its breakdown will give the prospect of further growth to the levels of 2500.00 (Murray [4/8]) and 2656.25 (Murray [5/8], Fibo correction of 38.2%).Technical indicators do not give a clear signal: the Stochastic leaves the overbought zone, forming a sell signal, the MACD histogram is preparing to move into a positive zone.Resistance levels: 2343.75, 2500.00, 2656.25.Support levels: 2187.50, 2031.25, 1875.00.Trading ScenariosThus, the forecast of Ethereum, and the ETH/USD exchange rate for today and 28 - 29 - 30 On July 2021, short positions can be opened below the level of 2187.50 with goals of 2031.25, 1875.00 and a stop loss of 2295.00. Implementation period: 5-7 days.Long positions should be opened above the level of 2343.75 with goals of 2500.00, 2656.25 and a stop loss of ...

How to create your own cryptocurrency? Instruction manual
How to create your own cryptocurrency? Instruction manual Instructions for conducting an ICO for beginners: creating your own cryptocurrency from scratch. You've probably heard about Bitcoin and Ethereum, and maybe about less popular cryptocurrencies - Zcash or Ripple. In total, there are 1,384 different digital assets in the world at the moment. Most often, a new virtual currency is created by companies whose business is connected with blockchain technology - the so-called blockchain startups. To attract investment, these enterprises conduct an initial coin offering - ICO, that is, they offer users to buy tokens at a certain price. In fact, any person can create a cryptocurrency, the only question is its liquidity and value. The crypto industry is rapidly developing, business is beginning to pay attention to the digital sector of the economy. Before making a decision about creating a cryptocurrency, pay attention to the three main requirements for you as a project manager:Come up with a good idea. Creating a digital asset for the sake of a digital asset is a bad idea. A cryptocurrency should have a purpose that will add value to it.Gain the trust of your customers. The cost of cryptocurrency is determined by its users, so people's opinion about your project is very important.Learn the basics of coding and cybersecurity. You can hire specialists, however, you need to understand the essence of the functioning of the blockchain network and your future tokens.Creating our own cryptocurrency from scratchThere are two ways to create a cryptocurrency:Develop your own blockchain and coin.Use the NEO or Ethereum platform to create your own decentralized application and token. So, first of all, you need to decide what you will develop - "coin" or "token". Both coins and tokens are cryptocurrencies, the only difference is that the coins function in their own blockchain, and the tokens are in a "borrowed" one developed by another company. The two most popular networks for creating tokens are Ethereum and NEO.The Ethereum blockchain creates tokens of the ERC-20 standard, and NEO uses the NEP-5 standard. Both platforms have advantages and disadvantages:Ethereum is time-tested, but it supports only one programming language - Solidity, which many experts consider inconvenient.NEO, on the other hand, offers a choice of several programming languages, including C++ and Java, however, the NEO blockchain is relatively young - it is only a year old, so the reliability of the network has not yet been fully tested.Coin or token - which is better?Coin: It has its own blockchain.Creation requires large investments.Development takes a lot of time.Token:Created in an existing blockchain network. It does not require large time and financial costs.Only a highly qualified team of specialists can cope with the development of a coin, obviously, this implies large expenses. To create a token, you only need to develop a decentralized application based on the blockchain - it is much cheaper and easier. Moreover, not every project needs its own network, the so-called Mainnet. It is also important to remember that with the development of your startup, you will always be able to develop your own blockchain and move tokens to it. In our opinion, if a company is just starting work in the crypto industry, then it should start small - with the creation of a token, and in the future, if necessary, start designing its own blockchain platform.ICO cryptocurrencies - instructionsThe Initial coin offering (ICO) is a way to attract funding. In fact, an ICO is similar to an initial public offering (IPO), the only difference is that in the case of an ICO, investors receive tokens instead of sharesFor a successful ICO, the trust of potential customers is critical, so we have compiled a list of recommendations that will allow us to enlist the support of the community.Criteria for a successful ICO First of all, you need a good idea for a future project. Determine the scope of your business and the advantages of your platform compared to competitors.Form a development team to create ERC-20 or NEP-5 standard tokens and smart contracts for your ICO. With the help of a smart contract, the user receives a certain amount of tokens after payment.Hire professionals to check the security system of tokens and smart contracts.Correctly draw up the ICO documentation, the so-called "white paper" (whitepaper), describe your goals, tasks, plans for the future development of the platform.Conduct a marketing campaign in social networks, forums, messengers.Let's look at all these points separately.Idea for the projectYour project should bring some benefit in the business sphere, for example, eliminate unnecessary intermediaries from the financial system or solve existing problems. If your startup does not have real value, then investors will not want to invest in it.Some of the most common applications of blockchain technology include: Data storagePublishing contentInsurancePeer-to-peer interactionFinancial servicesMedicineEnergyLogisticsIn all these industries, it is possible to improve workflows with the help of decentralized applications. The development teamA good idea requires competent implementation in practice. To do this, you will need a team of talented developers, specialists in cryptography, creating smart contracts and blockchain. If you do not have good friends of experts, then we advise you to attend events dedicated to the crypto industry. There you will be able to meet the right people and choose a staff for yourself.Smart contractA smart contract is a digital contract that functions on the blockchain network, is automatically executed and cannot be changed.Any smart contract has rules, for an ICO project, conditions for the purchase of tokens are usually specified, for example: "If a user sends 1 ETH to the address specified in the smart contract, then he receives 100 tokens"Since smart contracts are executed automatically and are not controlled by third parties, the client is sure that he will receive his tokens in the right amount and within the specified time frame. The rules in smart contracts are made by developers, you just need to choose the optimal conditions for yourself and investors.Checking the security systemTokens and smart contracts are computer code. Its security is extremely important, since your entire project depends on the correct operation of the code. In addition, it must be reliably protected from hacker attacks. You can determine the level of security only as a result of verification, so choose a company that performs testing of the blockchain startup system (for example, Practical Assurance)If your project successfully passes verification, it will not only increase confidence in its reliability, but also help in advertising ICO. People will learn that the platform meets security standards.White paperThe white paper should be drawn up taking into account the following points: PDF format. PDF is the optimal format for a document, since it is supported by any operating system and is easy to use.Two versions of white paper. Make a separate full version of the document and an abbreviated one (on 2-8 pages).Multilingualism. Translate the document into several languages, the most popular ones are English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese and Korean. The white paper should contain information about: Your idea and its significance. The timing of the issue of tokens, their maximum number, cost and methods of use (as payment for goods or services, exchange for fiat currencies, and so on).A roadmap with a detailed indication of the time of completion of certain stages of project development. A team of specialists, their past experience and qualifications.Marketing campaignBefore conducting a marketing campaign, you need to create a project website. Optimal advertising platforms include: Social network. Instagram Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook are recommended for use. Advertising in social networks will increase the popularity of your project and attract public attention. Mass media. In order for an ICO startup to receive the status of a reliable one, it is necessary to present it on well-known websites dedicated to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. In addition, you need to add your project to the ICO list on aggregator sites. Advertisements. Mark up your company's ads on Twitter or Fscebook. Create your own blog and publish important information about the project in it (the Medium or Steemit website is suitable for this). Promotions. Run a campaign with a free token distribution (Bounty) for advertising your project in social networks or Telegram and create a bonus program that assumes a discount on the purchase of tokens or an increase to the initial amount (for example, in the case of a purchase of 1000 tokens, the client receives +20%).Project budgetTo create your own cryptocurrency and conduct an ICO, you need to pay for the services of developers, create a website, check the security system, compile and translate documentation, conduct a marketing campaign. All this requires money and a lot of it. There are not so many specialists in the development of smart contracts and tokens, so their services are quite expensive-from $100 per hour, while it takes an average of 80 hours to create a digital asset and a smart contract, that is, the minimum cost of creating a cryptocurrency is $8000.Security check is also not a cheap service - prices range from $3000-$10000. The cost of conducting marketing campaigns directly depends on your tasks. You can limit yourself to social networks, messengers and blogs, in this case you only need to pay for the publication of messages. It is important to remember that the costs of creating a cryptocurrency can be recouped already at the ICO stage. If your project is of interest to society, solves some important problems or allows you to modernize some area of business, the probability of success is quite ...

Why do stablecoins remain stable
Why do stablecoins remain stable What is a stablecoin?Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies that use various methods to maintain their fixed value.Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies designed to maintain the price stability of (strong) fiat currencies while maintaining the security, speed and low cost of transactions with virtual assets. Initially, this was done to minimize the impact of cryptocurrency price volatility in trading and as a bridge to basic expenses and financial institutions. Now they are beginning to spread in banking as well, in order to reduce the costs of making payments and facilitate their execution. There are four main types of stablecoins. Three centralized stablecoins are backed by fiat currencies, commodities or cryptocurrencies, while the decentralized ones rely on algorithms and smart contracts to automatically maintain the value.Stablecoins are contradictoryWhile bankers and authorities consider stablecoins as a very useful tool, the ability of some tokens to compete with national currencies is very alarming to regulatory authorities. The reason is that it all depends on how the stablecoin is used and by whom. In June 2019, Facebook launched its Libra project, then renamed Diem. The idea was to create a stablecoin backed by the national currency, which could be used as a means of payment by 2.3 billion participants of the social network. The reaction that followed this event ranged from cautious calls for strict regulation to outrage and warnings of possible legal proceedings from individual officials, central banks, regulators and international financial organizations, calling Libra a threat to national sovereignty and global financial stability. On the other hand, in January 2021, the now ex-head of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) within the US Treasury, Brian Brooks, issued a letter in which banks were allowed to use stablecoin networks to facilitate payments and launch nodes, while the EU is working on a broader regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, which will include stablecoins. What is a fiat-backed stablecoin?A fiat-backed stablecoin maintains the price level by storing a fiat currency that provides each individual coin. The first and simplest stablecoin is provided with a fiat currency, in particular, the US dollar, as well as the euro, yen and others, in a one-to-one ratio. As long as the base currency – or a basket of currencies, as originally proposed for Libra-remains stable, the stablecoin will retain its value. In fact, they are supported by the" full faith and trust " of the issuer of fiat money, and their value is protected by the central bank of this country.Undoubtedly, the largest of such stablecoins is Tether with a market capitalization of $62.51 billion at the time of writing this article. Other leading stablecoins include Circle and USD Coin from Coinbase ($23 billion), Binance USD ($9.6 billion) and DAI ($4.8 billion).Tether has long claimed that it is 100% backed by US dollars one to one. After the New York Attorney General sued Tether, it turned out that 26% were ious from the Bitfinex exchange, a subsidiary of the company. Tether recently reported that its "cash reserves" contain about 3% of cash. What is an asset-backed stablecoin? An asset-backed stablecoin is similar to a fiat-backed one, except that it contains physical assets such as gold.Stablecoins, backed by goods, replace fiat currencies with many other material values, in particular, the traditional means of saving - Gold. But others are supported by baskets of precious metals and even Swiss real estate. As a rule, these stablecoins are tied to a certain amount of goods and are stored in some well-known place and are often subject to external audit – something that Tether, backed by fiat, has long avoided.Pax Gold, an ERC-20 standard token created by Paxos CEO Charles Cascarilla, is backed by one troy ounce of London Good Delivery gold, which is stored in the LBMA-approved Brinks gold vault in the UK capital. And this cryptocurrency can be exchanged for a precious metal. Digix Gold, on the other hand, is one gram of pure 99.99% gold stored in Singapore and verified quarterly. What is an algorithmic Stablecoin? These sophisticated stablecoins use algorithms and smart contracts to protect price stability by increasing or decreasing supply, using market forces to maintain the price at the desired level. The most complex version of a stablecoin is an algorithmic stablecoin that is not secured by any collateral. Rather, as the name suggests, its value is controlled by specialized algorithms and smart contracts that automatically reduce or increase the supply of tokens on the market in order to maintain the stability of the price of the token with the fiat currency it tracks. If the market price begins to fall below the value of the dollar, euro or something else, the algorithms remove some of the tokens from circulation. If the value of the stablecoin exceeds the value of the fiat currency, the system will throw new stablecoins on the market. In other words, the goal is to create a decentralized and automated central bank that increases or decreases the supply of stablecoins as necessary to maintain the price level. What is a cryptocurrency-backed stablecoin? To ensure the correct binding of its value, cryptocurrency-backed stablecoins use something similar to loans with excess collateral.Stablecoins backed by cryptocurrencies are supported by a basket of one or more other cryptocurrencies. Since they are very volatile in themselves, these stablecoins use excessive collateral and require buyers to lock their collateral tokens in smart contracts, which will be liquidated if the collateral drops too much in price. The deposit can be obtained by exchanging it for stablecoins. One of the most famous cryptocurrency – backed stablecoins is MakerDAO's DAI, pegged to $ 1. But as history showed on March 12, 2020, when the value of ETH halved in less than 24 hours, it is very important to make sure that the system can cope with extreme conditions. After these events, MakerDAO was forced to make significant changes in corporate governance and auction management. Since the improvements were successful, at the time of writing this article, the market capitalization of the stablecoin exceeded $ 5.49 billion. This summer, Free TON, a fully decentralized blockchain project that continued the work of the Telegram Open Network blockchain, is competing with it.This summer, Free TON plans to release a stablecoin for its TON Crystal token. The liquidity of the stablecoin will be 100% provided by the blocked ether, which will provide potential profit to the liquidity providers. It will have "wide application for services with a periodic subscription and high-risk offers," said TON Labs, the main developer of the Free TON project. Can stablecoin make Ethereum scalable? The cryptocurrency-backed stablecoin Free TON aims to provide a second-level solution to the scalability problems of Ethereum.Due to the fact that the overloaded Ethereum is increasingly suffocating due to slow transaction speeds and excessively inflated gas prices, the Free TON stablecoin will be "a real second-level solution with huge growth potential", TON Labs added. "The use of the second-level Free TON solution helps to solve these problems in many ways. With the help of stablecoin, you can now make super-cheap microtransactions, and it will take much less time than on the original blockchain."This, in turn, opens up a wide range of new opportunities, ranging from ensuring the viability of small payments in areas such as payments and games, the report says.According to Free TON, along with the new bridge between Free TON and Ethereum created by Broxus and the huge potential for scaling the dynamic segmentation of Free TON, the biggest obstacle for the upcoming stablecoin "will be to force users to recognize the quality of the platform and prove that it can cope with the high workloads for which it was ...

The difference between tokens and cryptocurrencies
The difference between tokens and cryptocurrencies The cryptocurrency market is now developing at a very fast pace, so fast that even teenagers are already in the topic of digital coins, crypto trading and free receipt of currencies through airdrop. Now digital currencies are trending, and some users earn good money on them. However, such a prevalence of this topic does not mean a high level of literacy in it. It happens that all digital coins are declared altcoins, and cryptocurrencies are called tokens. Such errors look especially awkward in the articles of the so-called "experts" and "experienced cryptocurrency traders". Let's analyze in detail the concepts of cryptocurrency and digital tokens in order to try to prevent such common mistakes. Let's consider the key characteristics of coins, the specific nuances of tokens and digital currencies. What is a cryptocurrency? Let's start with an analysis of this concept, because many began to earn on cryptocurrency, without even understanding the essence of this tool.Virtual currency is primarily understood as a unit of account with unique properties, one of which is the recording of information about the movement of digital currency on the basis of a distributed registry of a cryptographic system. In other words, all actions and information about the storage of the coin are recorded in free blocks of the blockchain or its branches-sidechains. Blocks, meanwhile, are formed by miners who earn coins on crypto farms through solo mining or conventional mining. With the help of the computing power of the devices, miners create free cells in the network database. The cells record the history of those coins that are circulated within the network space consisting of nodes (working nodes) representing users' computers. There are two main groups of cryptocurrencies – bitcoin and coins launched after bitcoin, called altcoins. Before bitcoin, there were coins that represent a separate group without a name.Altcoins are coins that are alternative to bitcoin, for example, ethereum, verge, monero, ripple and others. They are formed in the following ways:Through soft forks (the base of the slightly modified bitcoin blockchain);Through hard forks (the blockchain of bitcoin, changed greatly), which also allow you to create sidechains that give new coins additional characteristics;Through completely new blockchains, in which unique cryptocurrency parameters are created. What is a token? A token is another type of digital asset, completely different from a full-fledged cryptocurrency of an existing blockchain project. Only some options and involvement in virtual money combine a cryptocurrency and a token. Of course, a token is a financial instrument used by companies, project creators and users. As a rule, a token is a kind of debt obligation of the issuer to provide a service or a product. Often, inept users call a cryptocurrency a token, despite the fact that the token structure does not include a classic blockchain. The program code that forms the constructive architectonics of the token is an add-on of the blockchain block chain, borrowed from the basic virtual cryptocurrency system. In other words, the token is a cryptomonets application. At the moment, digital tokens are widely used due to the fact that there is a gradual introduction of blockchain technologies into everyday life. For example, blockchain technologies are used in logistics, healthcare, finance, and so on. Thus, tokens can be created to solve various local problems. Most often, tokens are mentioned in conjunction with a specific unfinished blockchain project, the system coin of which does not function without launching the network. The token, which acts as a superstructure of the cryptocurrency, performs some of its functions, later reuniting with the blockchain and broadcasting all the recorded information. History of Token Creation The tokens were created in 2013, when the first ICO of cryptocurrencies was made when creating a new blockchain project. At that time, specialists created an intermediate link with specific functionality that allows bringing investors and developers of the blockchain system closer together. Thus, a token was formed with certain conditions of cooperation, which allows you to receive investors ' deposits in a simpler form. So, even an unfinished, completely new blockchain project with its own cryptocurrency can receive the necessary funding at the final stage of development. Meanwhile, investors receive internal tokens, which are later transformed into cryptocurrency. Of course, there are also not so successful results of investing in a digital currency. More than 75% of ICO cryptocurrencies with tokens are failed or fraudulent. However, this is a completely different story. To sum up, the token is only a temporary similarity of the share of the main blockchain. The development of such a mechanism was initiated by the emergence of the Ethereum platform, the capabilities of which allow you to create new tokens. Now tokens are being developed in other places as well. Why do I need tokens? The scope of application of tokens is very wide and becomes even wider with the spread of blockchain technologies. A token, unlike a cryptocurrency, can:Used to pay for services or goods;Demonstrate the share of users in a joint-stock company; It can be used as an internal currency that is traded only within a closed cryptosystem;Be used as a valuable reward for specific actions, for example, in social networks, on gaming sites, etc.;Act as a tool that demonstrates certain values (for example, the amount of free GB for installation, etc.). Types of tokensDepending on the specifics of the role, there are tokens:Currency ones. Such tokens perform part of the functions of a digital currency, they can be paid, rewarded or used to save capital. There are no intermediaries in this case.Stock (tokenized securities). Such tokens are a complete copy of the share in the share capital, which gives the holder certain powers.Application tokens. They are called user or service ones. Such tokens are a kind of key that allows its owner to access a certain amount of the company's services or its goods. In other words, it is a digital obligation that restricts the provision of something valid, real.Tokens are assets that are translated into the blockchain code format and are equal to a set of physical values. Thus, some types of gold reserves are converted into tokens, since it is much more convenient to exchange digital assets online without actually transferring a material instrument.Reward tokens and reputation units. At the moment, the most popular type of tokens is the one that demonstrates professionalism, activity level and rank of the participant on the platform. They allow you to purchase artifacts in games, improve heroes and their skills. How are tokens similar to cryptocurrency?Despite the fact that many people try to call the token a cryptocurrency and vice versa, these assets are almost completely different. There are only four similarities identified by experts:Cryptographic encoding protects the structure of both the token and the cryptocurrency; Both assets perform the functions of electronic money, and therefore they can be stored in wallets;Transactions with currencies and tokens occur quickly and with small commissions; There is an opportunity to earn on both assets. On the contrary, there are a lot of differences between a cryptocurrency and a token. It is important to note the following:The issue of tokens is not only decentralized, unlike the issue of cryptocurrencies. Tokens are also issued in a centralized way using the management of the organizer of the blockchain project. In addition, tokens are issued all at once, and the cryptocurrency is in the process of mining; The exchange rate value of tokens depends not only on market factors of supply and demand. In addition, the amount of remuneration, compliance with the real asset and the rules of issue affect;Operations with tokens are easily processed centrally; The token does not have its own blockchain or sidechain, unlike cryptocurrency. It functions on the basis of an already created platform; The basic functions of a cryptocurrency and a token differ. So, tokens are a kind of" coupon " that allows you to get services, goods or a share in the project. Cryptocurrencies also create a convenient space for the interaction of participants in transactions – a comfortable exchange of value values; The token is tied to a specific project and acts as a means of payment in a specific blockchain, the basis of which is cryptocurrency. A token cannot function without a cryptocurrency, and a cryptocurrency without a token is safe; The token can be used more widely. At the same time, the cryptocurrency is a larger-scale tool, since it is used not within the project, but throughout the digital economy. Thus, there is a strong difference between tokens and cryptocurrencies on the face. The specifics of a particular blockchain project affect the functions of the internal token: whether it will serve as a share, a reward tool, a currency, a valuable asset or perform a service function. At the same time, cryptocurrency acts as a means of payment and a carrier of financial information. Moreover, an investor can earn money on a token only in the case of investing in an ICO or resale, which can not be said about cryptocurrency. Before working with a token, it is worth carefully analyzing the blockchain system in which it "lives", its prospects as a cryptocurrency in the ...

Dogecoin - invest or not?
Dogecoin - invest or not? The cryptocurrency market is constantly expanding and it offers us more and more new digital coins. In this article, we will analyze about a special cryptocurrency – Dogecoin. When it was created, it was not considered a serious project at first. It was a joke or meme of Billy Marcus, a programmer who created the currency as a parody of other rapidly growing digital currencies. Billy created a meme symbol for his brainchild — the dog Shiba Inu, who smiles. If you compare the technical aspect of Dogecoin with Ethereum or Bitcoin, the creation of which is the infrastructure and billions of Dollars of investment injections, and serious opportunities, we can safely say that the structure of the coin is as simple as possible. At the same time, this currency is more environmentally friendly than Bitcoin, it does not have a limit on the issue, which makes the possibility of creating tokens less energy-intensive. In addition, this made Dogecoin even more convenient to replace the fiat currency, since the price of Dogecoin will not increase very much in the medium-term perspective. For a long time, this crypt was not noticed, but gradually it was noticed by several commercial networks, sports and medical companies. After that, the attitude towards Dogecoin changed, and the cryptocurrency itself began to be used as a payment instrument. The total value of Dogecoin in the spring of this year was more than $85 billion. For comparison, this figure is more than the cost of Gazprom and General Motors. The token has a godfather-Elon Musk. He started mentioning the coin both on social media and on various TV shows. The owner of Tesla praised Dogecoin in various ways, called its strengths, and this was the reason that the coin began to grow significantly. However, Elon Musk allowed this currency not only to grow, his messages on Twitter also influenced its fall. So, on May 9, Musk once again spoke about Dogecoin, and the coin fell by thirty percent. And, although this decline has not really changed the situation with the value of the coin, the current price continues to grow and has already exceeded more than a hundred times the value of the beginning of the year. The coin increased its value by more than twenty percent after the Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange listed it on its trading platform. The placement of Dogecoin on Coinbase Global allows many possible investors around the world to conduct token trading. Those users who have Coinbase Pro accounts can trade Dogecoin for US currency, Euro, Pound sterling, BTC, and Tether. When this became known, the value of the cryptocurrency increased from $0.31 to $0.38. Do I need to invest in DogecoinIf you bought Dogecoin for one thousand in January of this year, then now you can have about 85 thousand Dollars. This digital currency is very unpredictable, so it is not known what limit its value can reach. But it is precisely because of this volatility that it deserves special attention. If you are lucky, you can potentially make good money by investing now.Keep in mind that the hope that this meme currency will definitely be a reliable and long-term investment is very small. And if you decide to buy Dogecoin, it is better to treat this investment as an experiment. Invest as much money as you allow yourself to lose and do not expect much from this coin. For you, it should be primarily a speculative asset with potential for growth. To successfully trade this coin, you need to first subscribe to Elon Musk's tweets. Although the Tesla boss is interested in Dogecoin, the digital currency is likely to show good growth. Why not invest in Dogecoin? There are two aspects that you should consider when thinking about buying this coin or be very careful when trading. In fact, it is not as strong as other coins. Now there are several types of digital currencies that are similar in structure and purpose. However, investing in Dogecoin is very different from other, established coins such as Bitcoin. Dogecoin was created in 2013, and although the coin has grown since then, it still doesn't have the same strength as other crypto assets. So, one of the reasons to invest in BTC is a small number of coins, the number of which is no more than 21 million. This limited number of bitcoins affects the growth in value. No wonder many experts called BTC "digital gold", because the asset is limited, as well as precious metals. At the same time, the brainchild of Billy Marcus has 129 billion tokens in circulation, and this automatically affects the price reduction. With so many more available coins, the value is low.In addition, there are not many businesses that accept this cryptocurrency as a means to pay for their products and services. Among all those who interact with it, they may prefer to accept bitcoin rather than Dodgecoin. Without the widespread adoption of Dogecoin, it will be difficult to achieve a steady growing result. There is also nothing special that sets Dogecoin apart from its competitors. For example, BTC has the most recognition, which makes the coin profitable in the digital currency market. Ethereum is the second digital currency after Bitcoin, and its creation technology is used for non-exchangeable coins (NFT). This allowed the use of Ethereum outside of the cryptocurrency space. As you can see, Dogecoin has no special qualities, without which this coin will be difficult to grow in the long term. Possible “bubble”Apart from the fact that the coin is supported by celebrities and electronic hype, there is nothing behind this meme currency that would guarantee a profit. All that we are now seeing are indirect signs that point to a bubble that will definitely burst at some point.Dogecoin is very similar to businesses such as GameStop and AMC, whose securities have soared in the blink of an eye, and their activities do not justify such an increase. As with GameStop and AMC, the increase in Dogecoin can be artificial, which is largely influenced by Elon Musk's comments that promote the coin on social media. And, as with GameStop and AMC, the fall of Dogecoin is probably only a matter of time. Buy or not?So, as the forecast shows, an increase in the price of Dogecoin is expected soon. Experts expect that in 2022, this digital currency will double to $0.72. In addition, it is possible that Dogecoin will reach a record level of $2.09.According to the short-term forecast of Digital Coin Price, in June the token will grow to $0.67. The average cost of the asset, which is expected in July, is $0.61. Dogecoin is projected to remain around $0.59-0.60 in August and ...

Actions of a new Forex trader
Actions of a new Forex trader Trading price signals instead of emotional reactionsIt is said that over 90% of active traders in the Forex financial markets do not make money in the long term. There is a lot of confusion about the exact numbers, but it's safe to say that the more time you spend in the market, the harder it is to make profits on a consistent basis. Even experienced investors sometimes make buying and selling decisions at the wrong time, but why does this happen? It usually comes down to the trivial emotions (impulse actions) of the trader. Most Forex traders and investors' mistakes are emotional because they rely on internal signals. Their emotions give rise to unproven and often unproven buying and selling strategies. I think you too have witnessed many wild price swings that make no sense in the current market conditions. If you want to make a qualitative leap in profitability, the first thing to do is to stop buying or selling anything without a compelling, quantifiable external reason for doing so.The main driving force behind the NASDAQ 5000 bubble in March 2000 was greed instead of real asset valuation. Buyers continually invested in dotcom stocks with no real intrinsic value and held them because of greed for higher profits and higher highs. The NASDAQ 5000 trend could be traded at a profit with the right entry and exit signals. Simple chart patterns and moving averages made many traders a lot of money in 2000. And some people are the opposite. A trader I know had enough money to pay for a new house in March 2000, but he lost everything. The problem in this period was traders and investors who traded based on their personal euphoria, which allowed them to hold their positions during a parabolic uptrend, preventing them from taking profits and closing their positions. The use of trailing stops would have helped them exit and maintain large profits instead of rolling their technology stocks down completely. In March 2009, all major stock indices hit lows that seemed impossible a year ago. Selling escalated because of a fear of owning stocks and sellers were willing to give them up at ridiculously low prices. Long-term trend traders should have given up on stocks in long positions and locked in losses in 2008 using any reasonable sell signal. The easiest sell signal for a Forex trader or investor to use to preserve their capital is to dump their holdings and go into cash when the S&P 500 index, tracked by ETF SPY, closes below its 200-day simple moving average. For stock indices, this simple exit signal reduces capital drawdown by about 50% (this has been shown by history testing over the past 15 years). In most cases, it does not increase returns, but exiting when the 200-day simple moving average is lost will cut the loss in half! You have the ability to exit in cash during market corrections, bear markets, recessions and market crashes, and you can wait to start buying again when the indices start to close above their 200-day moving average. This could be possibly the most important signal in the Forex market! It is highly advisable for most Forex investors and traders to cash out when the stock market indices are trading below their 200-day moving average, and wait for better investment opportunities. Exchange-traded index-tracking funds such as SPY, QQQ, IWM or DIA, which track closes below the 200-day moving average, should be your first warning indicator of danger.Pride (or vanity) makes people hold what they thought was a good investment or long position, even if the price of that asset has fallen sharply. The only sensible reason to buy something is the possibility of a rise in price. Pride and unwillingness to admit they are wrong initially puts the trader in a losing position. These blinders, a visor that prevents the use of stop-losses and proper exit signals. A trader who is too proud will not even understand the exit signals, because he/she does not think about the possibility of making a mistake.Hope is another dangerous signal used by traders. A trader will buy a stock that is falling lower day after day based on an unfounded hope that it will still go up. Hope is not a signal to buy. A stock index approaching the 30 RSI and above the 200-day moving average on the daily chart during a bull market is a much better buy signal. You must have a quantifiable external reason for buying falling assets, which increases the chances of making the right decision based on price movement, not because you hope something good will happen.Fear is one of the internal trading signals that completely undermines a trader's ability to profit. There are two ways to be profitable: have more wins than losses, or have big wins and small losses. A system with a high winning percentage must have equal amounts of wins and losses for your system to be profitable. Similarly, having big wins and small losses, even a small winning percentage system can allow you to make money, as long as there are big enough wins. Huge losses will make you unprofitable regardless of big wins or high winning percentages because you will squander your profits from winning trades and eventually destroy your trading capital.Fear can signal a trader to make a small profitable trade while the profits are still there before they disappear, making it difficult to make any big wins. This is also a big detriment. It's better to use external indicators. Exit a trade based on a trailing stop, a time stop or because the target price has been reached, rather than giving in to your fears. Fear can also cause a trader to miss a real entry signal because they are afraid of losing money.Greed is the internal impulse that can probably hurt you the most, forcing you to trade with too much position size. Greed is a misguided confidence. Every trade signal you use should be designed to increase the probability in your favour, but even a good trade signal is not a guaranteed win, it is simply an opportunity with a good probability. Many excellent trading systems have only a 60% win rate. The key is how a trader manages to keep 40% of losing trades small while maximising profitable ones.Greed can also prevent a trader from completing a trade when their profit target has been met. Greed for profits after the risk to profit ratio has changed from the original entry can lead to losses when the trend reverses. One of the biggest mistakes a trader can make is not to lock in profits at his target mark when the market turns around, instead of waiting for the price to recover. It is usually too late. Greed dictates the desire to trade big and stay in winning trades forever. Your clear trading plan must overcome your greed, control position size and have a strategy to lock in profits when targets are available. The main cornerstone message of this article is that your emotions are the worst trading signals you can use. Emotions pull you to buy falling assets at the start of market corrections and bear markets instead of waiting for the market to find key price support levels. Indicators are created to give you a measurable reason to do the opposite of what your emotions tell you.Your trading success will depend heavily on your ability to approach the markets systematically, using a trading plan to use profitable buying and selling signals that fit your market beliefs and methodology. You need a good external guide that you will follow regardless of what your emotions tell you. Trade with external indicators, not with your feelings, opinions or ...
